Full Setup Managing multiple people? Follow these steps.
1
Go to Profiles and create a group

In the sidebar (left side of the screen), tap the people icon labeled "Profiles". On mobile, tap "More" in the bottom navigation bar if you don't see Profiles directly. Once on the Profiles page, scroll to the "Groups" section at the top. Tap the blue "+ New Group" button on the right. In the form that opens, type a group name (e.g. "Monday morning", "Group A"), pick an emoji from the emoji picker, and tap "Create".

2
Create profiles for each person

See the detailed step-by-step in the "How to customize activities" section below (step 2), or follow the same steps on the Profiles page: scroll to "Profiles", tap the blue "+ New Profile" button, fill in the name, pick an emoji avatar, choose a color, select a challenge level, and tap "Create".

3
Browse the default templates

On the Profiles page, scroll down to the "Templates" section. You'll see preset cards like "Calm & Simple" or "Touch & Trace". Each card shows the template name and a count of how many activities it includes, with small icons for each one. Tap the eye icon on any template card to preview its contents before using it.

4
Assign a template to your group

Scroll back up to the "Groups" section and find your group card. Tap the small pencil icon on the right side of the card to open the edit form. You'll see a template selector dropdown — tap it and pick the template you want. Tap "Save". All group members will now see the same activities in the same order.

5
Review individual profiles

In the "Profiles" section, find a profile's card — it shows their emoji, name, tier badge (Free/Guided/Standard), and the number of assigned activities. Tap the pencil icon on their card to open the edit form. Check that the challenge level and activity selection look correct. If someone needs a different setup from the group, override their template or accessibility level individually here.

6
Go to Games, switch profile, and play

Tap "Games" in the sidebar (the controller icon) or the bottom navigation bar. In the top-right corner of the Games page, you'll see a small colored pill with an emoji and a name — this is the profile badge. Tap it to open a popup listing all profiles ("You", "Petar", "Ana", etc.). Tap the person who is about to play. The page refreshes and shows only their assigned activities.

7
Check the Dashboard afterwards

Tap "Dashboard" in the sidebar (the chart icon). You'll see profile tabs at the top — tap one to view that person's data. Use the date filter tabs to narrow the time range. Below, you'll see a per-activity breakdown showing what was played and for how long. Use the Share, PDF, or Clear buttons at the bottom to export or reset the data.

Tip: None of the default templates fit? Create your own. On the Profiles page, scroll down to the "Templates" section and tap the blue "+ New Template" button on the right. A form opens where you can type a template name, tap activity buttons to select which ones to include (blue = selected, gray = excluded), set the order by dragging, choose the default accessibility level, and toggle sound/animation preferences. Tap "Create" when done.

sports_esports The Activities

ManusRoom includes 12 different activities. Here's what each one involves:

tune Accessibility Levels

Every activity supports three accessibility levels. You can change the level in Settings.

🎈 Free

Any touch anywhere counts. There's no wrong answer. Great for first-time users or anyone who wants a relaxed experience.

🤝 Guided

Larger touch zones and gentle visual hints show what to do next. A good middle ground with some guidance built in.

Standard

Normal precision required, no hints. The full challenge for those who want it.

Tip: Start with Free to explore an activity. Move to Guided when you're comfortable, then Standard when you're ready for more challenge.

group Profiles, Groups & Templates

The Profiles page lets you create groups, manage profiles, and assign activity templates — controlling what each person sees and in what order.

groups Groups

Groups let you organize multiple profiles together. You can assign a template to a group so all members share the same activity sequence.

This is useful when multiple people do the same set of activities — create the group, pick a template, add the profiles, and they're ready to go.

person Profiles

Create a profile for each person who uses the device. Each profile has its own name, avatar, color, and progress history.

Each profile can have its own template and accessibility level. If a profile belongs to a group, it inherits the group's template — but you can override it individually if someone needs a different setup.

auto_fix_high Templates

A template defines a set of activities and the order they appear in. It also sets the accessibility level, sound, and animation preferences.

ManusRoom comes with several ready-made templates — from calm and simple (few activities, no sound) to quick and active (more activities, full interaction). You can also create your own.

Assign a template to a group or to an individual user to control their experience.

tune How to customize activities

Follow these steps to control exactly what each person sees and how they experience it.

1
Go to Profiles
In the sidebar (left side of the screen), look for the people icon labeled "Profiles" and tap it. On mobile, tap the navigation bar at the bottom — look for "More" if you don't see Profiles directly. This page has three sections: Groups, Profiles, and Templates.
2
Create a profile

Scroll down to the "Profiles" section. Tap the blue "+ New Profile" button on the right side. A form opens where you can:

  • Type a name in the text field
  • Tap one of the emoji circles to pick an avatar
  • Tap one of the color circles to pick a color
  • Tap one of three challenge level buttons: Free (any touch counts — no precision needed), Guided (larger targets and visual hints), or Standard (full precision)

When you're done, tap the blue "Create" button at the bottom of the form.

3
Select their activities

To change which activities a profile sees, find their card in the Profiles section — it shows their emoji, name, and current settings. Tap the small pencil icon (✏️) on the right side of their card to open the edit form.

Below the color and challenge level options, you'll see a row of small buttons — one for each of the 12 activities (e.g. "🔵 Dot Connect", "✏️ Corridor Draw"). Blue buttons are selected (the profile will see this activity). Gray buttons are not selected.

Tap any button to toggle it on or off. If you want the profile to see only 3 activities, tap those 3 — the rest will be hidden from them. If all buttons are blue, they see everything.

Tap "Save" when done.

4
Or use a template instead

If you don't want to pick activities one by one, scroll down to the "Templates" section at the bottom of the Profiles page. You'll see preset cards like "Calm & Simple" or "Touch & Trace".

Each template card shows: the template name, how many activities it includes, and small icons for each activity. Tap the eye icon (👁️) on a template card to preview what's inside.

To assign a template: go back to a profile's edit form (tap the pencil icon ✏️ on their card), and you'll see a template selector. Pick the template you want — the profile will inherit all its activities, order, challenge level, and sound/animation settings.

5
Create a group (optional)

If multiple people need the same setup, scroll to the top of the Profiles page and find the "Groups" section. Tap the blue "+ New Group" button.

In the form that opens:

  • Type a group name (e.g. "Monday morning", "Group A")
  • Tap on profile avatars to add them to the group — selected profiles are highlighted with a blue border
  • Pick a template for the group — all members will inherit it

Tap "Create" to save the group.

6
Override for one person

If someone in a group needs different settings, find their card in the Profiles section and tap the pencil icon (✏️). Change their challenge level or select different activities. Their personal settings will take priority over whatever the group template says.

For example: the group uses "Calm & Simple" but one person needs a harder challenge — edit just that person and set their level to Standard. Everyone else in the group stays on the template.

7
Switch to their profile and play

Go to the Games page (tap "Games" in the sidebar or bottom navigation). In the top-right corner you'll see a small colored pill with your emoji and name — this is the profile badge.

Tap the badge. A popup appears showing all profiles: "You", "Petar", "Ana", etc. Tap the person who is about to play. The page refreshes and shows only their assigned activities as large, clean emoji buttons — no sidebar, no settings, no distractions. They just tap and play.

When they're done, tap the badge again to switch back to your profile or to the next person.

account_tree How it fits together
1. Create a group (e.g. "Monday morning")
2. Create profiles and add them to the group
3. Pick or create a template (activities + accessibility level)
4. Assign the template to the group — all members get the same activities
5. Customize individually if needed — override the template for any profile

assessment Reports & Data

The Dashboard shows activity data for each profile. You can share reports, export PDFs, and manage your data — all from one place.

dashboard Opening the Dashboard

Tap "Dashboard" in the sidebar (the chart icon), or find it in the bottom navigation bar on mobile.

At the top you'll see profile pills — one for each profile. Tap a profile to see their statistics. The date filter tabs (Today, This Week, Last Week, etc.) let you narrow the time range.

person Viewing a profile's report

Tap a profile pill at the top of the Dashboard. You'll see three summary cards: activities played, total time, and different activities.

Below the summary, the "Per Activity" section shows each activity they've played — with session count, total time, and trend arrows showing whether their performance is improving, stable, or declining.

The "Session Insights" section (if enough data exists) shows engagement level and flags potential fatigue patterns.

share Sharing a report

Next to the Stats heading, you'll see a green "Share" button. Tap it to generate a human-readable text summary of the selected profile's statistics.

On devices that support it, this opens the system share dialog (WhatsApp, Viber, email, etc.). Otherwise, the text is copied to your clipboard.

picture_as_pdf Downloading a PDF report

Next to the Share button, tap the blue "PDF" button. A PDF report is generated for the currently selected profile and downloaded to your device.

For a group report, look above the profile pills — the "Batch PDF" button generates one PDF with all profiles in the selected group, each on their own page.

file_download Exporting all data

Go to Settings (gear icon in the sidebar). Scroll down to the "Data" section. Tap "Export" to download a JSON file containing all profiles, groups, templates, progress data, and settings.

This backup file can be used to transfer data to another device, or to restore your data if the browser's storage is cleared.

file_upload Importing data

To restore a backup or transfer data from another device: go to Settings → Data → Import. Select the JSON file you previously exported.

You can also import from the Dashboard — tap the "Import" button (top right). This is useful for loading a single profile's data that was exported from another device.

Why import? If a student moves to a different tablet, export their profile on the old device and import it on the new one. Their entire activity history follows them.

delete Clearing statistics

On the Dashboard, next to the Share and PDF buttons, there's a red "Clear" button. This deletes all session data for the selected profile — but does not delete the profile itself. The profile keeps its name, avatar, and settings.

To clear data for an entire group at once, use the red "Clear" button next to the group heading (above the profile pills). You'll be asked to confirm before anything is deleted.

print Worksheets

ManusRoom can generate printable PDF worksheets based on the same activities. These are great for offline practice or as a complement to the digital version.

To find Worksheets, tap "Worksheets" in the sidebar (the print icon on the left side of the screen). On mobile, tap "More" in the bottom navigation bar, then tap "Worksheets".

When you open the page, you'll see a search bar at the top and cards organized by activity type below. Each card shows the worksheet name and a preview.

Find the worksheet you want, then tap the blue download button on the card. A PDF will open in a new tab or download to your device, ready to print.
